Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Customers can either exchange the item for another or be fully refunded for the item (refund will not include any delivery fee which may have been paid)
3. All returns are facilitated in Barrackpore at selected location ONLY (#2 Junction). If we must send our courier to facilitate an exchange or refund, another delivery fee will be incurred. For refunds ONLY, an additional 10% restocking fee will be charged.
TO AVOID RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE SIZE CHARTS, PAYING ATTENTION TO MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND WHETHER THE MATERIAL HAS STRETCH / NOT. Size charts are located under each individual item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
There will be absolutely NO RETURN on
1. SWIMWEAR, COVERUPS and INTIMATE WEAR.
2. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS.
3. ALL WHITE CLOTHING. Also there will be no trying on of White Clothing.
4. SALE items (exceptions will occur if you have received an incorrect or damaged item)
